This here is an URGENT update.

I have been practising my baking abilities and today I produced not one but two fine loaves of bread. One complemented my broccoli and cauliflower cannelloni beautifully! I will send you the recipe if you too want to use every pot in your house while you drool in anticipation!!

9. Crush mixture with potato masher, season with salt and pepper and spread on baking tray to cool.
10. Get out dish you want to use and see how cannelloni will fit (single layer).
11. Take out tubes and pour in passata with a pinch of salt and a glug of red wine vinegar.
12. Make a white souce using creme fraich and half the parmesan cheese with a little of your reserved cooking water.
13. Put your broccoli and spinach mixture into a sandwich bag and cut off a small corner. Use this to fill the Cannelloni tubes (FULL).
14 Place tubes in a single layer in your dish.
15. Lay basil leaves over cannelloni.
16 Pour cheese sauceover the top & season with salt and pepper if you want.
17. Sprinkle remaining parmesan.
18. Sprinkle mozzarella.
19. Drizzle with olive oil.

It's the Jamie at Home book.

Yup won't be under that name ;) The TV show is pretty cool but the book is beautiful.

Was great fun working for him actually. I had the biggest crush on him since he started as The Naked Chef and it was always one my dreams to work for him. Achieved one dream early on :)
